Kaleo BREATHE

Thursday @ 7:30pm EST

ON HOLD

A 45 minute class that will warm you up, strengthen and stretch your muscles all while relaxing any tension in the body as we focus on breathing. There are elements of Pilates, Stretch, Meditation, and Restorative Yoga in every class. All levels are welcomed. Kaleo PUSH

Tuesday @ 6:30pm EST

ON HOLD

A non-stop mix of strength building, fine tuning, and active stretching. 45 minute class with elements of Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Cardio Training with a great playlist! Low impact, easy on the knees, FULL BODY class. All levels welcomed. If you are interested in class send me an email HERE. so that I can add it back to the schedule.

Kaleo DANCE

Wednesday @ 6:15pm EST

Sweat and move your body to great music. This NONSTOP cardio dance class fuses elements of African, Caribbean, Hiphop and Jazz dance. Get your heart rate up and learn a few moves in the process! If you are interested in class send me an email HERE. so that I can add it back to the schedule.

Enjoy a variety of workouts consisting of Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Toning. All low impact and most are knee friendly! All levels welcomed!

Get exercises that are tailored to your body and its needs with personalized corrections. Toning Strengthening, Stability, Stamina building, modifications for injuries. Sessions can be total body or targeted area. Be pushed at your own pace and from the comfort of your home. In person and virtual options available. Click below to register for a session.
