• It’s been a really lucky find for us (to know Keisa over the past 7 years) and we have brought the whole family into her fold! She has a great understanding of the way the body reacts to exercise and movement and links that with a really creative use of techniques & ordinary aids found around the house to put together a great mix of strengthening, endurance and relaxation routines. Whether remote or in person, she is alert to nuances of your movements and suggests subtle changes to make the workout more effective. She listens to you on how you are feeling on a given day and tailors the session to best suit your need & address/ avoid injuries. For those of you who need some external motivation for exercise, you will be happy to note Keisa is never one to give up on you!! She is multi-talented, has a fantastic work ethic and is above all a wonderfully grounded human being ❤️. I strongly recommend her services !
