If you are looking to be able to get up the steps without panting, without pain and possibly lose some weight in the process? THIS IS FOR YOU! What you'll need: a sturdy chair to sit in and lean on, some weights to lift, some water and a yoga mat. Are you ready? Of course you are. Class is only $15 so invest in the right equipment to see and feel results. Here are options for medium/heavy weights or lighter weights, yoga mats, resistance bands, sliding disc, circle bands and a yoga strap or stretching strap for the stretching at the end of class.
