This is for my PeriMENOpausal - MENOpausal - Post MENOpausal ladies. A body IN motion, STAYS in motion. So let's get you moving. Let's get you strong. For longevity. For independence. For freedom as you age. ALL levels are welcome. We are doing actionable exercises to help with your everyday life. If you are looking to throw a tractor tire? This is NOT for you. If you are looking to be able to get up the steps without panting, without pain and possibly lose some weight in the process? THIS IS FOR YOU! We meet every Tuesday night at 5:30pm EST. What you'll need: a sturdy chair to sit in and lean on, some weights to lift whether a dumbbell, kettle bell, laundry detergent jugs or a backpack full of books, some water and a yoga mat.
